“Civ.C. sec. 1708.85 creates a civil remedy for victims of nonconsensual distribution of their intimate images (photograph, recorded image or other reproduction of plaintiff that exposes an intimate body part or specified act) against another who intentionally records or distributes the image, knowing the person had a reasonable expectation the material would remain private. Remedies include damages, injunctive relief to order removal of the image, and the ability to use a pseudonym in the civil proceeding.”
