“Plaintiff claims that Defendant intentionally interfered with an economic relationship between him and Third Party that probably would have resulted in an economic benefit to Plaintiff. To establish this claim, Plaintiff must prove all of the following: 1. That Plaintiff and Third Party were in an economic relationship that probably would have resulted in an economic benefit to Plaintiff; 2. That Defendant knew of the relationship; 3. That Defendant engaged in [conduct determined by the court to be wrongful]; 4. That by engaging in this conduct, Defendant intended to disrupt the relationship/ knew that disruption of the relationship was certain or substantially certain to occur; 5. That the relationship was disrupted; 6. That Plaintiff was harmed; and 7. That Defendant’s conduct was a substantial factor in causing Plaintiff’s harm.”
