“Plaintiff claims that he was harmed by the minor’s negligence in operating the vehicle and that Defendant is responsible for the harm because Defendant signed the minor’s application for a driver’s license. To establish this claim, Plaintiff must prove all of the following: 1. That the minor was negligent in operating the vehicle; 2. That Plaintiff was harmed; 3. That the minor’s negligence was a substantial factor in causing the harm; 3. That Defendant signed the minor’s application for
